Today's expression

Vocabulary

- 유행하는 (yu-haeng-ha-neun) - Popular: "유행하다" means "to be in fashion" or "to be popular," and "는" is a present participle ending, turning the verb into an adjective meaning "popular."
- 말투가 (mal-tu-ga) - Speech pattern: "말투" means "speech pattern," and "가" is a subject marker, indicating that the speech pattern is the subject of the sentence.
- 달라지는 게 (dal-la-ji-neun ge) - The fact that it changes: "달라지다" means "to change," and "는" is a present participle ending, turning the verb into an adjective meaning "changing." "게" is a contraction of "것이" which means "thing" or "fact," nominalizing the phrase to mean "the fact that it changes."
- 참 (cham) - Really: "참" means "really" or "truly," used for emphasis.
- 재미있다고 생각해요 (jae-mi-it-da-go saeng-gak-hae-yo) - I think it's interesting: "재미있다" means "to be interesting," "고" is a connective ending used to quote or express that something is thought or said, and "생각해요" means "I think."
